E-commerce and direct booking through our Rest API

All with full integration of your own website with Store365! You are completely free to design your own flow for your customers to follow on your website. Online booking, digital signature, online payments, automatic online recurring payments, online communication with access control system, instant confirmation and communication to your online customers, etc. No interaction required from Self Storage Operator during the booking process. And all information is communicated and processed directly to your customers in Store365.

E-Commerce through our Standard Online Booking Module (OBM)

You can easily link our standard Online Booking Module (OBM) to your own existing website and with your Store365 software. Our OBM has an Online Booking Module and a Customer Login: – Complete and easy to integrate into your own website. – Includes multi-contract options, customer discount options, insurance options, payment options, for single or multiple facilities, integrations with access control system and payment providers, automatic email confirmations and much more. – Customer login is for all personal data of the customer, pay bills and invoices online, close and end contract online, send specific contact request to the Self Storage Operator.

Store365 is the first Self Storage software developer (and so far the only one in Europe) to be ISO 27001 certified!

What is ISO27001?

ISO 27001 is the international standard for an information security management system (ISMS). Why did we choose ISO 27001? We use ISO 27001 to keep Store-IT’s risk management under control by identifying any issue that could result in a risk to your corporate data and, as a result, creating a variety of processes and procedures to prevent it. Why is ISO 27001 important to you as our Store365 user? We focus on data security and data processing: – Your company data is protected from unauthorized hands. – Your company data is secure and can only be changed by authorized users. – ISO 27001 certification demonstrates that Store-IT has identified the risks, assessed the implications and implemented an ISMS of controls to prevent damage to your business data. – And we are fully compliant with AVG regulations.

Reporting and management information

To run your business, you need to know how your Self Storage business is doing. – Store365 has about 80 different reports by default. – All of these reports can be processed automatically on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis. – All of these reports can be customized to your personal preferences – At your request, we can even create a special report and add it to your Store365. Through our Rest API, Store365 also has the ability to export your business data to highly specialized management information software such as Microsoft Power BI, for highly detailed information analysis and forecasting capabilities.
