Boxit

“The Danish self storage company BOXIT have 10 self storage facilities in Denmark. BOXIT started in 2003 with the first version of the Store-IT self storage software, and started the upgrade to Store365 in 2015. BOXIT wants to stay in front of the Danish self storage companies and therefore need the right software to support the business. The system needs to be flexible so it is possible for the employees in one BOXIT facility to support the other BOXIT facilities. At the same time, it is important that the data security is in place to ensure that customer data is sent and stored encrypted. Store-IT and the new Store365 fully meets our demands.”

UK based Quickstore, has completed a major investment in it’s business infrastructure and online marketing with the re-launch of quickstore.co.uk. The new site represents an industry landmark, becoming the first e-self-storage site in the UK. Thanks to leading self storage software solution provider Store-IT, Quickstore is able to get real-time data, financial analysis, and marketing campaign information directly through the ‘Cloud’. The new launch marks a significant change in the way Quickstore operates, allowing business to be conducted from anywhere, at anytime, and reducing travel between it’s two facilities; something the company was keen to implement as part of their carbon footprint reduction program. The Store-IT integrated site also enables Quickstore to provide tailored storage solutions to its customers and extract a greater return from it’s marketing investment by incorporating e-newsletters and social media activities.

The site was finally launched over the summer of 2012 after several months of meticulous collaboration between Quickstore, Store-IT, and digital agency Fuel Communications.

Andy Patrick, Managing Director of Quickstore said; “As a business we are always looking to innovate and could clearly see the benefits in bringing everything together online. We already had established relationships in place with Store-IT and Fuel so it really exciting to successfully collaborate on this strategic project for us.”

Ben Masters, Head of Web Development at Fuel, who designed and developed the new site explained: “Quickstore is a shining example of a business seizing the opportunity to transform its business using web based technology. We very pleased to have provided a business changing solution to what was previously a complex development issue.”

Dick Stolp, CEO of Netherlands based Store IT commented: “We are delighted to work with Quickstore and Fuel to enable our storage management solution to become fully integrated with the new site.  This seamless integration is a real development for us and we look forward to completing more projects of this kind in the future.”
